Return & Refund Policy

This policy governs the purchase of products from MoreByVoice.com, owned by ASPA MEDIA Ltd. We offer different return terms based on the type of product purchased.

1. Physical Products (Mugs & Mouse Mats)

Our physical goods are manufactured to order via our fulfillment partners.

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Because these items are custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size/color.
  • Damages & Printing Errors: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken ceramic) or with a significant manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
  • Reporting Period: You must report damages to support@morebyvoice.com within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear digital photos of the damaged item and the shipping label.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Content (PDFs)

Digital downloads of static content, including PDFs, eBooks, and training guides, are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, the sale is final.

3. Software & Macros Refund Eligibility

For functional software (Macros/Plugins), we offer a 10-day conditional money-back guarantee:

  • The request is made within 10 days of purchase.
  • Our technical support team has been unable to resolve a critical issue making the software unusable.
  • Software Return Process: To receive a refund, you must obtain an RMA from legal@morebyvoice.com and sign/return an “Affidavit of Software Destruction” certifying the software has been uninstalled.

Note: Technical issues caused by 3rd-party software conflicts or “change of mind” are not grounds for a refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders for physical products move to production very quickly. If you need to cancel a mug or mouse mat order, you must email us within 2 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Licensing & Legal

Upon the issuance of a software refund, all licenses are immediately revoked. Continued use constitutes an infringement of ASPA MEDIA Ltd intellectual property rights.
