1. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement (“Terms”, “Agreement”) is a legal contract between ASPA MEDIA Ltd (“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). ASPA MEDIA Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the MoreByVoice.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

By accessing this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorised to access the Website.

2. Incorporated Policies

The following policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form a binding part of this Agreement:

3. Intellectual Property & Product Designs

All Content on this Website—including software code, Dragon macros, PDF cheat sheets, and the unique designs found on our Mugs and Mouse Mats—is the exclusive intellectual property of ASPA MEDIA Ltd.

Strict Prohibitions: You expressly agree that you shall NOT:

• Reproduction: Photograph, scan, or recreate our physical product designs for resale or digital distribution.
• Commercial Exploitation: Use our physical products as props in paid commercial training or media without prior written consent.
• Digital Sharing: Redistribute, share, or publicly post purchased PDFs, guides, or software code.

4. Physical Products & Print-on-Demand (POD)

Our physical products (Mugs, Mouse Mats) are manufactured to order via third-party fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify).

• Bespoke Nature: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does NOT apply to goods made to your individual specifications. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Color & Placement: We strive for accuracy, but due to the nature of POD printing, slight variations in color calibration and design placement are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Shipping: We ship to the UK and USA. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Refunds and Damages

• Digital Products: PDFs, eBooks, and accessed software are non-refundable.
• Physical Products: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or transit damage. You must report damage within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence sent to support@morebyvoice.com.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” on physical products due to their custom-manufactured nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASPA MEDIA Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website, its software, or its physical products. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind beyond statutory manufacturing guarantees.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If you are a consumer in the USA, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
