2. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under the UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we process your data via:

  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill your orders via our print-on-demand partners.
  • Consent: For marketing emails (which you can withdraw at any time).
  • Legal Obligation: We retain transaction records for 6 years to comply with UK HMRC tax laws.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing (Fulfillment)

To deliver our products, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with our fulfillment partner, Printify.

International Transfers: As Printify is headquartered in the USA, your data is transferred outside the UK. This is protected under the UK-US Data Bridge to ensure your information remains secure. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Payment Security

MoreByVoice does not store or process your credit/debit card details. Payments are handled by secure processors (Stripe/PayPal). We use SSL encryption to protect all data during transmission.

5. Correspondence and User Contributions

By emailing us with questions, you grant ASPA MEDIA Ltd a non-exclusive license to paraphrase and publish your query in our blog, books, or videos. To protect your privacy, we only attribute queries to a first name and city (e.g., “Yvette from London”).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to manage your cart and site experience. You can manage your preferences via our cookie banner. Embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos) may track your interaction as per their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights and Complaints
