End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading or using any custom commands, macros, or scripts (“Software”) from MoreByVoice.com. By downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and ASPA MEDIA Ltd.

1. License Grant

ASPA MEDIA Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for your own personal or internal business use. This is a license, not a sale of the underlying code.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, or share the macro files (.dat, .xml, .py, etc.) with any third party or via any network.
  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to derive the source code or modify the Software for the purpose of creating a competing product.
  • AI Training: Use the Software or its constituent scripts to train, fine-tune, or prompt-engineer artificial intelligence models or Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Commercial Training: Use the Software as a primary teaching tool in paid training sessions without a separate Commercial Instructor License.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are the exclusive property of ASPA MEDIA Ltd. No title to the intellectual property is transferred to you. Any suggestions or feedback you provide regarding the Software may be implemented by us without compensation to you.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability

The Software is provided “AS IS.” ASPA MEDIA Ltd does not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all future versions of Dragon NaturallySpeaking® or other speech recognition engines.

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to profile corruption, loss of data, or system downtime, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Users are strongly advised to back up their user profiles before importing new commands.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
