For Physical Products (Mugs & Mats): Because these items are custom-printed to order, they follow a different timeline:

Shipping: Once printed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
Note: If you order a digital sheet and a physical mug together, you’ll get the digital link immediately while the mug begins its production process.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, our system automatically checks your shipping destination against regional restrictions. Currently, physical items (like mugs and mouse mats) can only be shipped to the UK, USA, and a selection of other countries.
If you select a country outside these regions, any physical items will be automatically removed from your cart to prevent checkout errors.
This usually happens if the system hasn’t “registered” your full address yet.
